Fish Mofongo

An idea that had been on my mind for some time! enjoy! Mofongos are a traditional caribbean dish, but usually made of pork skin.

Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes
Servings: 2



  1. Fry your plantains until crusty (In the traditional recipe, the plantains are broiled, do it that way if you can) Separate.
  2. Fry your fish (Don’t overcook)
  3. Add all ingredients to your “pilon” and mash it all until you have a soft dough. I like to give it ball form.
  4. Enjoy
