Thanksgiving day gravy!!

Hello dear friends!

Today I want to share a simple recipe that fits perfectly the occasion.

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Water.
  • The juices and fat from the roasted meat (turkey, pork, etc.)

Drain all of the fat and juices from the roasted turkey or pork. Set apart.

Dilute 1 tablespoon of cornstarch in 1 cup of water. (The water should be cold to avoid grumes)

Take the juices and fat to the pan and heat. Add the diluted cornstarch gradually until it has the desired consistency. You don’t need to add anything else, as the juices will have the seasonings of the meat.

Simple, right!? Enjoy your thanksgiving day!
