Battery Park nuts!

Hello friends and fellow foodies!

Today I continue to share our trip to NYC last November. I need to hurry ‘cause this year’s vacation is going to come before I finish sharing this batch!

So, that cold morning of November, after visiting the 9/11 memorial we headed to Battery Park. There were, again, the nut carts. We finally made up our minds and tried them.

While the nuts were great, even the cold was not enough to hide de excess of sugar!

From there we walked up to “The Bowling Green Bull” and boy did I have some ideas for the pictures I was going to take, after having seen some from a good friend (Yes, Persio, your pics!) Unfortunately for us, the whole area was cordoned off due to the “Occupy Wall Street” thing. Bummer!

Have a beautiful Sunday!
