Egg, cheese, bacon sandwich!

Hello friends and fellow foodies!!

Some days ago I shared an “Egg Sandwich” with you. Today I bring another version of it.

As some of you say (and I agree) everything tastes better with bacon!


  1. 1 baguette loaf
  2. Cheddar o Gouda Cheese
  3. Bacon.
  4. Tomato.
  5. Onion.
  6. 1 fried egg
  7. Paprika and saffron.
  8. Black pepper and salt.


Cut, butter and toast your bread. Set apart.

Pan grill your tomatoes (previously cut), onions (also cut) and bacon in some butter. When your tomatoes and onions are caramelized set apart. When the bacon is crispy take out.

Fry your egg over easy.

Add the ingredients to the baguette loaf, add salt, pepper, paprika and saffron. Put the cheese on top and take to the pan grill for two minutes.
