So we have developed a few very tasty, very quick and very simple recipes to enjoy the best of all worlds.
You may prepare this in 5 minutes, put it in a a rich sandwich or just take along to work. It basically cooks itself and you may set it up, go take your shower and be back to see it ready to eat.
- 1 egg.
- Cheese (I like the gouda because it melts excellently, but choose your favorite)
- Chopped chives.
- 1 spoonful of cream cheese.
- 1 spoonful of butter.
Put your egg in a small microwave container previously greased with butter, add the grated cheese above, the chives, the cream cheese and the salt. Beat it a little and put it in the micro for two minutes. Take out, add a little more cheese (and pepper if you wish, pepper always goes nice with eggs) and allow to rest and melt.
Once have prepared your first, get creative, go crazy! A spinach leaf, zucchini, goat cheese, bacon, etc. all go well and are fair game.
