Ritz® fish fillets!

Hi again!

It’s so rare for me to publish this frequently! Well, the fact is that our “Chef” has gone AWOL and I have something simple and delicious to share!

  • Fish fillets
  • Ritz® cheese crackers
  • 1 Egg.
  • Salt.
  • Pepper
  • *Cayenne and red pepper flakes (For adult version)

Process the crackers until you have bread crumb texture.

Salt and pepper on your fish fillets, then pass them through the egg and then the crumbled cookies. Take to a preheated oven and leave at 400 F. for 35 minutes.

You may use catfish (as I did) or any other mild fish you prefer. (Kids prefer milder flavors) If preparing for adults then spice it up with some red pepper flakes and cayenne pepper!

Enjoy and Happy Holidays!
