Plantain two ways!

Hello friends and fellow foodies!

A few days ago we shared our Racairo™ friend’s congri (Dominican* bean rice). We promised some more of their videos and here we have another one.

Racairo™ shares two very traditional plantain recipes: tostones and mangu (mahn-goo)

Dominicans love plantains and consider it part of themselves.
