Hello friends!

I had not shared for some time. This amazing cake I prepared a few days ago for my mother in law’s birthday (“Mama Antonia”)

Ingredients for the frosting

  • ½ cup butter
  • 8 oz, cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups powder sugar

Preparing the frosting

Stir the butter, cream cheese and vanilla with a machine or by hand, adding the sugar slowly until all is well mixed.

Ingredients for the banana kisses cake

  • ¾ butter (melted)
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • ¾ cups milk
  • 1 cup bananas
  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 cup chocolate kisses

Preparing the banana kisses cake

Mix the melted butter with the sugar and eggs.

Mix the dry ingredients separately.

In a separate bowl mix the mashed bananas with the milk and vanilla.

Mix all the ingredients and add the chocolate kisses in the end.

Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.

    I just said the other day I very rarely bake at all, but this sounds like a dessert I could seriously make, I have all the ingredients 🙂 Sounds delish
