I’m now sharing some recipes I had saved for some time! Hope you enjoy!

Carrot cake

Ingredients for carrot pineapple cake

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 ½ baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 ½ cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup processed pineapple
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 3 cups processed carrots

Preparing the carrot pineapple cake

Mix the first six ingredients and save.

Mix eggs, sugar, pineapple and oil.

Mix all ingredients and add the carrots at the end.

Bake for 40 minutes at 175 Celsius.

    I think pineapple makes *anything* better! Also, that cake has such a beautiful color – looks so good!
